CSA SERVICES: MUCH MORE THAN JUST TEACHING SPANISH
Our personalized care starts from the moment you contact us. Our public relations staff will answer all your questions and help plan your trip. We will pick you up at the airport, in our door to door service, and take you to your home or hotel in Antigua.
Once you arrive at CSA, our objective is for you to concentrate on learning
the language, leaving the rest to us. We have thought of even the smallest
details so we may give you excellent service. Without leaving our building
you may make national or international phone calls, send a Fax, or receive
one directly at your desk during your lessons. We also offer E-mail. Forget
about long waiting line to change your money; we can do that for you. Also,if
you need cash with your VISA Card, we have cash advance services.
You may plan your excursions to different tourist areas in Guatemala
right from our school. You just pick a place and we take care of everything
else (hotel, transportation, meals, guides, etc.) After your trip, we can
send your film to develop in one hour so you may share your pictures with
your teacher or the family where you´re staying. If you want to let
your friends and family know about your wonderful experience, we can send
your letters for you, safe and fast. If you plan to stay longer, we can
help you with your immigration paperwork and updating your visa. The office
that gives you all these services and many more is called "De Pe a
Pa" (From A to Z). It was created to give our students all the services
in a safe and trustworthy way since it also enjoys the prestige of CSA;
everything you need without having to leave our building and all done with
kind smile of the Latin American people.
CSA has a lot of experience in working with groups of all ages. We have
had groups from high schools, universities, short term volunteer missionaries,
teachers, doctors and many more with us.
We offer complete packages of Spanish lessons, accommodations, tours (transportation,
hotels, meals, guides, etc.) Our specialty is preparing packages designed
specifically for the interest for each group. We arrange packages starting
from one week to as many weeks as your group desires to stay. You may organize
your group and we will take care of all the necessary details to make your
trip a success.
