Antigua, a beautiful Spanish Colonial city, that in recent years, has
become a center of total immersion Spanish language study. Students from
around the world come here to learn and improve their Spanish skills.
Antigua is a small city, with cobblestone streets, once the capital of New
Spain, but destroyed in 1773 by an earthquake.
Surrounded by green hills, with impressive ruins of churches, palaces and
other buildings, it is the only city of it's kind. It was declared a "Heritage
of Humanity" by UNESCO and its climate is certainly like an "Eternal
Spring".
